AI Disclosure

How AI is used to make your ads, and what you need to do.

Draft for review. Last updated 25 October 2026. Details in [square brackets] are still to be filled in.

How your ads are made

The video, images and voiceover in your ads are generated by AI models from xAI, using your website, details and uploaded images. Music is licensed royalty-free music added by our system. People, places and scenes in the ads may be AI-generated and not real.

Labelling on the platforms

You are responsible for applying AI labels where required: Meta ("AI info" labels and its rules for realistic AI content), YouTube (altered or synthetic content disclosure in YouTube Studio and Google Ads policy) and TikTok (AI-generated content label). Rules vary by region and change over time, so check them when you publish.

Review before publishing

AI can make mistakes, such as odd details, spelling errors or claims that are not right for your business. Always review every ad before you publish it, and do not publish anything misleading. Regulated advertisers (for example financial services) should have ads reviewed by a qualified person.
