Questions business owners ask
Can I buy just one video or a few images?
Yes. Buy credits: a video credit is $29, an image credit $5, a 10-image pack $39, or a refresh bundle (1 video + 6 images) $59. You get a credit code to spend whenever you like on our Use credits page.
Do credits expire? Can I get a refund?
Credits expire 12 months after purchase. For a refund on unused credits, email us with your credit code and we will sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Can I keep my free preview images without the watermark?
Yes. Previews are watermarked. We keep the clean versions privately for 7 days: buy the exact images for $5 each ($15 for all 3, or use image credits), or order a Starter or Growth pack from the preview page and they are included free. After 7 days they are deleted.
Do I need my own images?
No. We can build ads from your website link and the details in the form. Adding product, service or brand images lets us feature your real business, which usually makes ads more convincing.
Are AI-generated ads allowed on YouTube and Meta?
Yes. Our ads are made to comply with Google and Meta advertising policies, including their rules on AI-generated content. Where a disclosure is required — for example in certain regions — we can add AI labels to your creatives.
Which platforms are the ads made for?
YouTube (landscape and Shorts), Facebook and Instagram (square, vertical and carousel), TikTok and Reels, and optionally Pinterest.
Do you run the ads for me?
No. Clever Commerce is self-serve. You generate and download your ads, then launch them on your own Meta, YouTube or TikTok accounts. Every pack includes step-by-step launch guides.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms, so you stay in control of your budget.
What if I don't like an ad?
Every ad you receive, each video and each image, comes with one free redo. On your download page, click “Redo this ad (1 free)”, add a note if you like (for example “brighter” or “mention our free quote”), and we remake just that file. Your original stays available. Free redos are open for 30 days after delivery.
What if something's wrong with my ads?
Use your free redo first; it's the quickest fix. If a file is still faulty, missing or not what your pack describes, email us within 30 days with your order reference and we'll fix it, or refund you under our Refund policy.
